Committees

The Executive Council has established three standing committees: the Executive Committee, the Member Relations Committee, and the Event Committee. Other standing or special committees may be established from time to time, as necessary.

Executive Committee
The President, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Member Relations, Treasurer and Secretary serve on the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee oversees the day-to-day operations of the Kansas & Missouri Chapter.

Member Relations Committee
The Member Relations Committee is led by the Vice President of Member Relations, with assistance from the Vice President of Operations and four representatives from various geographic regions within the Kansas & Missouri Chapter. The Member Relations Committee facilitates and sponsors communication among members, and promotes awareness of the Chapter and its events to women in the public finance industry throughout Kansas and Missouri.

Event Committee
The Event Committee is led by the Vice President – Operations, with assistance from the Vice President – Membership, the Treasurer and not more than three additional Directors appointed by the President. The Event Committee works to provide educational and networking opportunities to women in the public finance community in Kansas & Missouri through seminars, panel discussions and informal events.
